Release 0.2.11

There have been many minor releases between the previous and now, but they haven't really been worth writing home about.  0.2.11 contains some nifty fixes though.

• Band Creation.  
• IPad and Safari Support
• User Avatar Support
• More links everywhere.  (When logged in, click on Welcome Back, it'll take you to your profile!)
• Instrument Removal
• Band Deletion

If the style looks bad, make sure to do a hard refresh by hitting Shift + F5 on the page!
